Veranda Day Program
A relaxed daytime care and social program for seniors who live at home but benefit from structured company, gentle activities, and attentive support during the day. Northern Thai meals, herbal crafts, watercolor sessions, and shaded rest spaces — all within reach.

Teak Residence
Full-time residential living with consistent, personalised care. Private rooms furnished with natural materials, three daily meals, housekeeping, and a weekly enrichment schedule featuring garden walks, gentle tai chi, cooking with local herbs, and community tea gatherings.

Full Nursing Residence
Comprehensive care for seniors who need continuous medical attention and support. Everything in the Teak Residence, plus 24-hour nursing, rehabilitation programs, cognitive engagement activities, nutritionally developed dietary plans, and thoughtful end-of-life comfort care.

How do I know which program is appropriate for my relative?
We begin with a warm initial conversation — usually a home or telephone visit — to understand your relative's current health, daily habits, and what matters most to them. From there, our team can suggest the program that fits best, with no obligation to commit on the day.
Can families visit residents at gentarens?
Absolutely. Family visits are welcomed and encouraged. We ask that visits are arranged in advance so that your relative is rested and ready to enjoy the time together. We can also accommodate family members who wish to join shared meals or afternoon activities.
What languages do your staff speak?
Our care team is fluent in Thai and Northern Thai, and we have English-speaking coordinators available for all communications with international families. Written family updates are prepared in the language you prefer.
What happens if a resident's care needs change over time?
Our programs are designed to adapt. If a resident's needs grow, transitioning to a higher level of care — such as moving from the Teak Residence to Full Nursing Residence — is handled thoughtfully, with the family informed and involved at every step.
Are the monthly fees all-inclusive?
Our published fees cover room, meals, care staff, enrichment activities, and housekeeping. Certain specialist medical visits, external hospital trips, or bespoke therapies may carry additional costs, which we discuss transparently before any arrangement is made.
Is the Veranda Day Program available for transportation pick-up?
We coordinate local area transportation for Day Program participants within the Chiang Mai vicinity. We are happy to discuss your specific location during the enquiry process to confirm availability and any related arrangements.
