1. Definitions

• "gentarens" — the elderly care residential facility operating at 72/3 Moo 8, San Sai, Chiang Mai 50210, Thailand.
• "Services" — the care programs offered by gentarens, including the Veranda Day Program, Teak Residence, and Full Nursing Residence, as well as use of our website.
• "User" — any person who visits our website or engages with gentarens regarding its services.
• "Resident" / "Participant" — an individual enrolled in a gentarens care program.
• "Family Contact" — a designated family member or representative of a resident or participant.
• "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions, together with any signed care admission agreement.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website or engaging with gentarens regarding its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are enquiring or entering into a care arrangement on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and above. Enquiries made on behalf of a potential resident must be made by an adult with appropriate authority.

3. Service Description

gentarens provides three care programs at its facility in San Sai, Chiang Mai:

• Veranda Day Program — Daytime social care and activities for seniors living at home. Available Monday to Saturday.
• Teak Residence — Full-time residential care with personal support, meals, and enrichment activities.
• Full Nursing Residence — Continuous nursing care for seniors with complex medical needs, including 24-hour nursing, rehabilitation, and specialist coordination.

Services are provided at gentarens's facility in Thailand and are subject to availability. gentarens reserves the right to decline or discontinue services where a resident's needs cannot be safely met within the facility's capabilities.

4. User Responsibilities

Users of our website and enquiry services agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in all communications with gentarens.
• Use the website for lawful purposes only.
• Not attempt to interfere with the operation of the website or its security.
• Not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit content from this website without written permission.

Family contacts of residents and participants agree to provide accurate health and background information about the individual in their care, and to keep gentarens informed of any relevant changes to that information.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, design, and structure — is the property of gentarens or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to view and access the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without prior written consent from gentarens.

6. Payment Terms

Monthly care program fees are payable in Thai Baht (THB). The applicable monthly fees are:

• Veranda Day Program: ฿11,500 per month
• Teak Residence: ฿35,000 per month
• Full Nursing Residence: ฿62,500 per month

Published fees cover the core services described for each program. Certain additional services — including specialist medical consultations, external hospital visits, or bespoke therapies — may carry separate charges, which will always be communicated and agreed with the family contact before they are incurred.

Payment terms, invoicing schedules, and refund arrangements are set out in the individual care admission agreement signed at the time of enrolment.

7. Service-Specific Terms

For all care programs, the following apply:

• gentarens will prepare and maintain a written individual care plan for each resident or participant.
• Care plans are reviewed regularly and whenever significant health changes occur.
• gentarens will communicate promptly with the designated family contact regarding any material changes to a resident's condition or care.
• Residents and participants are expected to follow reasonable facility guidelines regarding safety, conduct, and scheduling.
• gentarens reserves the right to review and adjust the level of care program a resident is placed in, in consultation with the family, if their needs change significantly.

8. Disclaimers

gentarens provides residential and day care services with genuine care and professionalism. However:

• We do not make specific predictions about health outcomes or improvements.
• Information on this website is for general guidance only and does not constitute medical advice.
• Website content is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that the website will be available without interruption or free of errors.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, gentarens's liability in connection with its services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant period of care. gentarens is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or from the care services provided, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by gentarens's negligence.

10. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold gentarens harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from their use of this website or from false or incomplete information provided to gentarens in connection with a care arrangement.

11. Termination

Either party may end a care arrangement in accordance with the notice period set out in the signed admission agreement. gentarens may terminate a care arrangement with appropriate notice where continued care would place the resident or other individuals at risk, or where the facility cannot safely meet the resident's needs.

gentarens reserves the right to restrict access to its website to users who misuse it or act in breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these Terms or from the care services will first be addressed through direct, good-faith discussion between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be referred to mediation before any formal legal proceedings are initiated.

The courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand shall have jurisdiction over any unresolved disputes.

13. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any signed admission agreement, constitute the full agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment: Users may not assign their rights under these Terms without gentarens's written consent.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For changes affecting existing care arrangements, gentarens will communicate directly with the relevant family contacts.
